Centerstone in Tennessee seeks a School-based Behavioral Health Liaison to collaborate with teachers and promote trauma-informed, positive learning environments for youth at risk of emotional/behavioral challenges. The role includes family liaison, IEP support, and psycho-educational groups.

The position emphasizes trainings for school staff and coordination with community mental health resources to ensure comprehensive care and early intervention.

Formación

• Master's degree in a relevant mental health field is required.
• License-eligible in the respective discipline preferred.
• If degree is in a related field, must meet 24 graduate hours in psychology/social work/counseling.
• Experience with clinical treatment planning and DSM usage is expected.

Responsabilidades

• Provide face-to-face consultation with teachers to create trauma-informed classrooms.
• Deliver at least one in-person training per year to LEA personnel.
• Assist in development of school-wide mental health initiatives and prevention strategies.
• Liaison between school, family, and IEP process; support trauma-informed plans.
• Navigate local behavioral health system and crisis services for students.
