Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, security, or with individuals with substance use disorders preferred.
• Familiarity with Windows 2000, Outlook and Word software required.

Responsibilities

• Promote and maintain a safe pro-social environment for clients who come daily to receive medications.
• Greet clients and provide customer service while monitoring safety of clients and staff.
• Communicate with clients in a trauma-informed manner to guide them in and out of the program orderly.
• Assist with crowd control and monitor safety and alertness in common areas and parking lot.
