Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience in customer service, security, or with individuals with substance use disorders.
• Computer experience with Windows 2000, Outlook and Word required.

Responsibilities

• Promote and maintain a safe pro-social environment for clients daily.
• Greet clients, provide customer service, and monitor safety of clients and staff.
• Communicate with clients in a trauma-informed manner to guide them in and out of the program.
