Job summary

Spectrum Health Systems in Weymouth, MA is seeking an Entry Level role for a full-time schedule in the outpatient program. The position involves welcoming clients, facilitating a safe environment, and coordinating with staff to ensure orderly access to medications.

Responsibilities include trauma-informed communication and de-escalation, with a shift pattern Monday–Saturday from 5:15am to 1:45pm. A high school diploma or GED is required, along with basic computer skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Prior experience in customer service, security, or with individuals with substance use disorders.
• Computer experience with Windows 2000, Outlook and Word required.

Responsibilities

• Promoting and maintaining a safe pro-social environment for clients receiving medication.
• Greeting clients, customer service, monitoring safety and coordinating with staff in trauma-informed ways.
• Manage crowd control and monitor safety and alertness in common areas and parking lot.
