Job summary

Catholic Charities of Eastern Virginia in San Antonio is seeking a Residential Supervisor to oversee pregnant and parenting mothers and their children within the Guadalupe Home Program. You will supervise staff, enforce trauma-informed boundaries, and ensure safety and program compliance.

The role requires overseeing daily routines, documenting incidents, and coordinating with the Program Director and Senior staff.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 2 years’ supervisory experience in shelter settings.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Pass TPCN Counselor Certification exam with 80% or better annually/as required.
• Recruit, hire and train staff under supervision and will make recommendations for termination of employees.
• Assist in training new staff on shift duties, daily activities and routines, and timesheets.
• Responsible for facility oversight (inventory of supplies, ordering, maintenance & repair tickets, CARF).
• Compile monthly reports as assigned.
• Teach constructive behavior and social skills and basic parenting skills.
