Job summary

Archdiocese of San Antonio seeks a Parent Support Advisor to supervise pregnant and parenting mothers (18+) and their children (0-3) within the Guadalupe Home Program, applying trauma-informed behavioral limits in a safe, caring environment and following organizational policies.

The role includes overseeing daily activities, maintaining logs, and teaching parenting and life-skills while protecting confidentiality and safety. Shifts include evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Prefer experience working with families and children, support services, and/or shelters.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred

Responsibilities

• Pass TPCN Counselor Certification exam with 80%+ annually.
• Bill TPCN and other agency systems for residents.
• Issue write-ups for residents per Rules & Guidelines.
• Maintain daily logs and assist with activities and safety checks.
