Job summary

Guadalupe Home Program is seeking a Residential Supervisor to oversee pregnant and parenting mothers (18+) with children ages 0-3 within a safe, trauma-informed environment. You will supervise Bilingual Parent Support Specialist staff and take action within organizational policies and program guidelines.

The role requires supervising shifts, coordinating routines, and ensuring documentation, safety, and confidentiality across daily operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience working with families and children in shelter settings.
• Minimum of 2 years’ supervisory experience; bilingual preferred.

Responsibilities

• Pass TPCN Counselor Certification exam with 80% or better annually as required.
• Recruit, hire and train staff; make recommendations for termination.
• Assist in training new staff on shift duties, activities and timesheets.
• Responsible for facility oversight: inventory, maintenance tickets, CARF.
• Compile monthly reports; document incidents accurately and timely.
• Teach constructive behavior, social skills, and parenting basics.
• Oversee daily chores and ensure cleanliness of common areas.
• Maintain logs and perform required agency documentation.
• Engage residents and children daily during activities; coordinate events.
• Cover overnight, weekend, and holiday shifts as needed; on-call as required.
