Job summary

The Archdiocese of San Antonio is seeking a Part-time Parent Support Advisor to supervise pregnant and parenting mothers ages 18+ and their children aged 0-3 within the Guadalupe Home Program. You will set appropriate trauma-informed behavioral limits in a safe environment and ensure documentation and compliance with agency policies.

Responsibilities include delivering behavioral guidance, maintaining logs, covering overnight and weekend shifts, and coordinating with staff to support residents

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED required.
Prefer experience working with families, children, shelters.
Clean driving record and proof of insurance to drive agency vehicle.
Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
Able to work overnight, weekend and holiday shifts.

Responsibilities

Supervise pregnant and parenting mothers and children in Guadalupe Home.
Set trauma-informed behavioral limits in a safe environment.
Maintain daily logs and reports for residents and volunteers.
Bill TPCN or other agency systems as applicable.
Cover overnight and weekend shifts as needed.
Assist with implementation of social and recreational activities.
Adhere to safety protocols and protect confidentiality.
Coordinate with Lead Residential Supervisor and staff.
