Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Schedule staffing to meet licensing and safety requirements.
• Maintain trauma-informed care documentation and compliance.
• Provide reflective supervision and on-floor coaching.
• Coordinate hiring and coverage as needed.
• Attend multidisciplinary meetings and assist with service plans.
