Job summary

The Home for Little Wanderers, Inc. in Walpole seeks a Residential Supervisor to lead a team serving youth ages 13-19 with trauma histories, developmental delays, and/or Autism Spectrum Disorder. The role focuses on trauma-informed care and staff supervision.

You will hire, train, supervise, coordinate staffing, and provide weekly supervision; participate in de-escalation and safety interventions; ensure program outcomes and professional development. Evening/weekend shifts may be required.

Qualifications

• Experience working in human services/mental health/youth development field with supervisory experience required
• HS diploma or equivalency

Responsibilities

• Work with Milieu/Program Director to ensure staffing coverage.
• Hire, train, supervise, and evaluate direct care staff.
• Mediates staff issues and conflicts; conducts weekly supervision.
• Lead staff meetings and provide ongoing training.
