Job summary

The Home in Walpole, MA is seeking a Residential Supervisor Overnight to support youth ages 13-19 with trauma histories and developmental delays. You will work with the Milieu/Program Director to ensure staffing coverage and supervise direct care staff in a trauma-informed setting.

You will participate in ongoing training and supervision, with opportunities for professional development, while coordinating evening, holiday, and weekend shifts as required.

Qualifications

• Experience in human services/mental health/youth development with supervisory responsibilities.
• Must have valid ID and be able to pass CORI/background check.

Responsibilities

• Hire, train, supervise, and evaluate direct care staff; manage staff issues and conflicts; lead team meetings and provide training and weekly supervision.
• Ensure appropriate staffing coverage and support trauma-informed care model; provide ongoing supervision to staff.
