Qualifications

• Experience working with youth
• HS diploma or GED; Bachelor's degree preferred
• Valid driver’s license

Responsibilities

• Ensure staffing coverage and supervise direct care staff
• Hire, train, supervise, and evaluate staff performance
• Mediate staff issues and employee conflicts
• Host staff meetings and provide weekly supervision
• Follow schedule: Monday–Thursday 6AM–4PM
