The Home for Little Wanderers' Harrington House in Dorchester, MA is seeking a Residential Supervisor to support youth with trauma and behavioral challenges. You will work closely with the Milieu/Program Director, ensure staffing coverage, supervise direct care staff, and lead training and weekly supervision.

The role emphasizes trauma-informed care and offers extensive training and opportunities for professional development within a dedicated team serving youth from birth to age 26.

Qualifications

• Experience working with youth
• Trauma-informed care model experience a plus
• Must have valid driver’s license

Responsibilities

• Ensure staffing coverage; hire, train, supervise, and evaluate direct care staff
• Mediates staff issues and conflicts; leads team meetings and weekly supervision
• Work with Milieu/Program Director to ensure program quality
• Provide training and ongoing support to staff
• Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 6 AM–4 PM

Education

HS diploma or equivalency; Bachelor's degree preferred
