The Home for Little Wanderers’ Harrington House in Dorchester, MA is seeking a Residential Supervisor to lead direct care staff and implement our trauma-informed care model for youth with trauma and behavioral challenges.

You will partner with the Milieu/Program Director to ensure staffing coverage, supervise and train staff, and mediate conflicts while maintaining a safe, supportive environment for children and families.

Qualifikationen

• Experience working with youth in care settings.
• HS diploma or GED; Bachelor7s degree preferred.
• Valid Driver's License.

• Work closely with Milieu/Program Director to ensure staffing coverage.
• Hire, train, supervise, and evaluate direct care staff.
• Mediate staff issues and employee conflicts.
• Host team meetings and provide training and weekly supervision.
