Job summary

The Home for Little Wanderers' Harrington House in Dorchester, MA is seeking a Residential Supervisor to lead direct care staff, ensure safe and trauma-informed programming, and support youth with emotional and behavioral challenges. Schedule is Thursday–Saturday, 11 PM–9 AM, with a strong emphasis on team leadership and staff development.

• Experience working with youth in residential or community settings.
• HS diploma or GED required; bachelor's degree preferred.
• Valid Driver's License required.

• Manage staffing coverage, hire, train, supervise, and evaluate direct care staff.
• Mediating staff conflicts and leading team meetings; provide training and weekly supervision.
