Job summary

The Home for Little Wanderers, Inc. in Walpole, MA is seeking a Residential Supervisor Overnight to lead a team supporting youth ages 13-19 with trauma histories, developmental delays, or Autism Spectrum Disorder in a trauma-informed care setting.

The role focuses on staff supervision, training, and strong de-escalation skills in a dynamic residential program. Responsibilities include staffing oversight, hiring and coaching staff, and fostering a safe, respectful environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in human services/mental health/youth development field with supervisory experience.
• HS diploma or equivalency required.

Responsibilities

• Ensure staffing coverage by coordinating schedules with Milieu/Program Director.
• Hire, train, supervise, and evaluate direct care staff; address performance issues and conflicts.
• Host team meetings for staff and provide training and weekly supervision.
