Job summary

OneQuest Health is seeking a Residential Treatment Specialist for the 2nd shift (3 PM–11 PM) to supervise and support children in residence who have experienced trauma. The role emphasizes trauma-informed care and daily routines in a structured setting.

The position offers base pay of $17–$18 per hour with a $1 shift differential for 2nd shift. A $1,000 retention bonus is available after 1 year for good standing, with opportunities for raises after 6 months and 1 year.

Qualifications

• 1. High School diploma required; Bachelor's in human services preferred.
• 2. Must be 19+ years old with at least 1 year experience with youth.
• 3. Ability to form nurturing relationships with emotionally disturbed children.
• 4. Ability to document in writing.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care and supervision for children in residence.
• Apply trauma-informed Sanctuary model practices.
• Support education, meals, and daily routines; supervise activities.
• Complete incident reports and maintain documentation.
• Assist with transportation and follow safety policies.
