Job summary

OneQuest Health seeks a Residential Treatment Specialist for 2nd or 3rd shift. Opportunities include full-time, part-time, or weekend work with a base wage of $17.00–$18.00 per hour and a $1 shift differential for 2nd/3rd shifts.

Raises of $0.50/hour after 6 months and $0.25/hour after 1 year are provided. Responsibilities include direct daily care for children with trauma-related behavioral health needs, modeling Sanctuary principles, and coordinating with the treatment team.

Qualifications

• High School diploma required; Bachelor's degree in a human services field preferred.
• Must be 19+ years old with 1 year of youth-related experience; residential setting preferred.
• Ability to form nurturing relationships and complete written documentation.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care supervision of children in residence daily.
• Respond to aggressive behavior using trauma-informed techniques and SCM/TIPS.
• Assist with homework, supervise meals, and participate in team meetings.
• Monitor safety, document incidents, and follow agency policies.
