Job summary

Church World Service seeks a Case Manager to provide comprehensive support for refugees, SIV holders, and ORR-eligible newcomers. You will develop individualized plans, connect clients to essential resources, and coordinate with partner programs to ensure smooth service delivery.

You will advocate with local providers, build strong referrals, and help clients navigate health, mental health, and social services to foster stable resettlement and self-sufficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; 3-4 years with refugees/immigrants.
• Bilingual in English and a refugee language preferred.
• Computer literate with MS Office Suite and internet applications.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-depth case management services to refugees, SIV holders, and other ORR-eligible newcomers.
• Collaborate with other program teams to ensure coordinated service delivery.
• Develop individualized service plans and navigate resources to address barriers to resettlement and self-sufficiency.
• Advocate with local service providers to strengthen referral systems and access to services.
• Build relationships with health and mental health providers to expand access to care.
