Job summary

ServiceNet is seeking a Mental Health Clinician (ACCS MHRS) to join a dedicated team in Massachusetts. You will provide clinical recovery services, guiding participants on their path to wellness while collaborating with DMH and other providers.

The role emphasizes a strengths-based, trauma-informed approach and ongoing clinical leadership. Qualifications include a Clinical Master’s degree and MA license or license-eligible status, with experience in mental health and recovery services.

Qualifications

• Clinical Master’s degree required with MA license or license-eligible.
• Experience providing clinical and recovery services to individuals with mental illness.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively; self-motivated.
• Ability to complete clinical documentation in a timely manner.
• Strong organizational, communication, and writing skills.
• Substance abuse clinical experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Meet with participants to assess needs and create personalized treatment plans using a strengths-based, person-centered, trauma-informed approach.
• Coordinate care with other service providers and DMH staff to ensure comprehensive support.
• Lead the team by offering guidance, training on evidence-based practices.
• Complete essential paperwork, assessments, and ensure treatment, safety, and risk management plans are up to date.
• Participate in on-call rotation to provide support during critical times and emergencies.
