Job summary

ServiceNet is seeking a compassionate Program Site Manager for the Mental Health Recovery Services in Easthampton, MA. You will oversee residential supports, promote person-centered planning, and coordinate a multidisciplinary team to deliver safe, meaningful daily experiences.

You will supervise staff, manage daily routines, assist with medication administration, and partner with the Program Manager to set goals that support residents' growth and recovery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with supervisory/management experience preferred.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable motor vehicle record.
• Excellent communication, computer, and organizational skills.
• MAP, PABC, and CPR / First Aid certifications preferred.
• Experience working within the Mental Health field.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with residents and supporters to promote safety and growth.
• Provide daily living support, medication administration, transportation, and activities.
• Maintain organized records, scheduling, and program documentation.
• Collaborate with the Program Manager and supervise staff to ensure quality care.
