Job summary

Integrated Services for Behavioral Health (ISBH) in Chillicothe, OH seeks a Licensed Social Worker or Licensed Professional Counselor to provide biopsychosocial assessments, diagnoses, and therapeutic interventions across home, school, office, community, or telehealth settings.

The role requires active licensure in Ohio (LSW or LPC), collaboration with interdisciplinary teams, and adherence to ethical standards. Travel and flexible hours are possible based on client needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in counseling, social work or related field required.
• Master’s degree preferred.
• Active Ohio license as LSW or LPC required.
• Experience serving multi-need individuals and families is required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct biopsychosocial assessments and provisional diagnoses under supervision.
• Engage individuals and families in the home and community to identify strengths, barriers, and goals.
• Provide therapeutic and supportive interventions within licensure and supervision.
• Develop and update trauma-informed, strengths-based treatment plans.
• Coordinate with teams to ensure continuity of care.
• Maintain compliant documentation and HIPAA compliance.
• Deliver care in home and community settings; travel as needed.
• Participate in supervision and required trainings.
