Qualifications

• Active Ohio LSW or LPC license required
• Experience with behavioral health services for multiple needs
• Ability to bill Medicaid without restrictions

Responsibilities

• Conduct biopsychosocial assessments and provisional diagnoses under supervision
• Provide therapeutic/ supportive interventions within licensure
• Develop trauma-informed, strength-based treatment plans
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure continuity of care
• Maintain Medicaid-compliant documentation
• Travel within designated service area; telehealth and in-office work as assigned
