Job summary

Integrated Services for Behavioral Health (ISBH) is seeking a Licensed Social Worker or Licensed Professional Counselor to deliver behavioral health services in home, school, community, or telehealth settings. The role emphasizes biopsychosocial assessments, trauma-informed care, and collaboration with interdisciplinary teams.

Active Ohio licensure is required; a master’s degree is preferred. Travel within service areas and flexible hours support client needs.

Qualifications

• Active Ohio license as LSW or LPC required.
• Bachelor’s degree in counseling, social work or related field.
• Master’s degree preferred; licensure required or pursuing licensure.
• Experience with multi-need individuals and families.

Responsibilities

• Conduct biopsychosocial assessments and provisional diagnoses.
• Engage individuals and families in home and community settings.
• Provide therapeutic interventions within licensure and supervision.
• Develop trauma-informed, strengths-based treatment plans.
• Coordinate with teams to ensure continuity of care.
• Maintain compliant documentation and HIPAA standards.
