The Licensed Social Worker or Licensed Professional Counselor role requires active OH licensure, strong communication, and the ability to travel within the service area, with competitive salary and benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in counseling, social work or related field; master’s degree preferred.
• Active license in Ohio as LSW or LPC required.
• Experience serving multi-need individuals and families.

Responsibilities

• Conduct biopsychosocial assessments under supervision.
• Engage individuals and families in home/community to identify goals and barriers.
• Provide therapeutic interventions within licensure and supervision.
