Job summary

Integrated Services for Behavioral Health (ISBH) is a community-focused behavioral health organization serving Southeast and Central Ohio, delivering services in home, office, school, and telehealth settings. We seek a Licensed Social Worker or Licensed Professional Counselor to provide biopsychosocial assessments, provisional diagnoses, and therapeutic interventions under supervision.

Qualifications

• Must have active Ohio LSW or LPC license.
• Bachelor’s degree in counseling or social work required; Master’s preferred.
• Experience with biopsychosocial assessments and trauma-informed care preferred.
• Ability to navigate Medicaid billing and healthcare documentation.

Responsibilities

• Conduct biopsychosocial assessments and provisional diagnoses.
• Provide therapeutic interventions within licensure scope.
• Develop strengths-based, trauma-informed treatment plans.
• Coordinate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure continuity of care.
• Travel to home and community settings to deliver care; maintain HIPAA-compliant records.
