Integrated Services for Behavioral Health (ISBH) seeks a full-time licensed counselor or social worker to serve youth and adults in Southeast and Central Ohio. The role involves in-home and community-based behavioral health services and collaboration with local partners to promote well-being.

The position requires licensure as LSW, LPC, LISW, or LPCC, with a salary range of $47,609.67 to $71,675.95 per year depending on experience.

Qualifications

• Must meet licensure requirements as defined by Ohio Counselor, Social Worker, and Marriage & Family Therapist Board.

Responsibilities

• Assesses the strengths and needs of referred individuals and families.
• Directly provides and coordinates clinical and social services that are problem-focused and build on family and community strengths.
• Carries out utilization review and quality assurance activities as directed.
• Maintains necessary documentation, participates in program evaluation, attends meetings, and engages in cross-systems training.
