Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in social work or related field.
• Two years of case management experience preferred.
• Experience with refugee or immigrant populations preferred.
• Cross-cultural or international experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct weekly in person trauma support focusing on crisis intervention and safety planning.
• Provide intensive client-centered case management for vulnerable clients with special circumstances.
• Conduct comprehensive intakes for participants eligible for the program.
• Develop goal-oriented self-sufficiency plans addressing long- and short-term needs.
• Maintain timely communication with supervisor regarding client safety and well-being.
• Document thoroughly in compliance with LSF policies and procedures.
• Coordinate with volunteers for English tutoring and mentorship as needed.
• Travel to other counties as required.
