Job summary

Lutheran Services Florida, Inc. in Florida is seeking a dedicated Case Manager to help children and families achieve safety and stability. You will manage a caseload, coordinate services, and collaborate with families, guardians, and providers to support reunification when possible.

This role requires a Bachelor's in Human Services, at least one year of relevant experience, and the ability to document in FSFN within 48 hours. You must complete required trainings and maintain confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Services required; Social Work preferred.
• Minimum of one year of relevant experience in child welfare.
• Must obtain Florida child welfare certification within one year.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a caseload of children and families and ensure milestones are met.
• Document case activities in FSFN within 48 hours.
• Develop and implement case plans via Family Team Conferencing.
• Attend court hearings and participate in required staffings.
