Job summary

Compass Housing Alliance is seeking a Housing Case Manager in Seattle to deliver trauma-informed case management for participants facing housing instability. You will assess needs, coordinate services, and advocate for access to housing resources and supports.

Responsibilities include documentation, data entry in HMIS, and collaboration with partners to promote stability, wellness, and sustainable housing outcomes in a unionized agency environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a social/human service setting related to housing and homelessness.

Responsibilities

• Provide trauma-informed case management to participants.
• Write objective case notes and maintain participant files.
• Input data into HMIS and other data systems.
• Identify barriers and develop steps toward housing stability.
• Link participants with housing resources and community services.
• Coordinate with landlords and service providers for tenancy support.
