Job summary

Lifelong is seeking a Housing Case Manager in Seattle, WA. This regular, part-time, non-exempt, union position is 100% on-site in Capitol Hill, working Saturday and Sunday from 6:30 AM to 3:00 PM to support housing stability and connect clients with needed resources.

You will engage with clients, assess needs, help with housing applications, coordinate services across health, housing, and financial supports, and document interactions securely while maintaining compassionate, trauma-informed care.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a social services field and two years of direct social service or advocacy experience.
• Experience working with marginalized populations including chronic homelessness, substance use, and mental health instability.
• Ability to work both independently and in a collaborative team environment.

Responsibilities

• Engage clients, build rapport, and support housing stability.
• Assist clients with housing applications and required paperwork.
• Provide advocacy and connections to health, housing, and financial resources.
• Coordinate with property management to ensure successful housing placements.
• Maintain secure client records and ensure program compliance.
• Participate in supervision and team activities.
