YWCA St. Joseph is seeking a Community Case Manager to provide trauma-informed, survivor-centered housing services. You will assess clients, set individualized goals, coordinate community resources, and support housing stability and independence.

The role requires strong confidentiality, excellent interpersonal skills, reliable transportation, and the ability to work with diverse populations. Travel between Bliss Housing and the main YWCA St. Joseph building may be required.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in human services or equivalent education/experience.
• Knowledge of domestic & sexual violence dynamics preferred.
• Knowledge of community resources and service referrals.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Mansioni

• Provide trauma-informed, survivor-centered case management per MOCADSV standards.
• Perform assessments, goal setting, safety planning, and updates as needed.
• Develop referrals and coordinate services with community partners.
• Maintain knowledge of housing funding standards and contracts.
• Provide transportation to clients as needed.
• Maintain client confidentiality and accurate data entry.
