Qualifications

• Prior experience working with low-income individuals and/or in case management preferred.
• Knowledge of domestic violence, trauma and trauma informed care, and substance use dependencies preferred.
• Must have unrestricted work authorization to work in the United States.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Spanish proficiency will be assessed.
• Read and prepare records, reports and correspondence in Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Provide case management to residents in a 14-unit building in Malden (75%) and subsidized housing residents (25%).
• Engage clients to build trust and support goal attainment.
• Assess strengths and needs; prioritize work for meaningful impact.
• Utilize trauma-informed care to promote autonomy and self-sufficiency.
• Submit accurate referrals and communicate effectively with collaterals.
• Follow up with clients and discuss concerns with supervisor as needed.
• Advocate for client needs and manage crises calmly.
• Document and report as required; maintain organized files and records.
• Coordinate with property owners and management and other programs as needed.
• Maintain professional boundaries and protect client confidentiality.
