Job summary

Groundworks New Mexico is seeking a dedicated professional to serve as the first point of contact for CAV clients, managing the HELPline, providing resource navigation and advocacy, and connecting individuals with services. You will support daily front desk operations in a welcoming, trauma-informed environment and collaborate with staff on events and training to promote well-being for clients and staff.

Required are a High School Diploma/GED with related training or two years in a human service

Qualifications

• Frontline client-facing skills for crisis services and advocacy.
• Ability to navigate community resources and coordinate referrals.
• Understanding of trauma-informed care and confidentiality protocols.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for CAV clients and community members.
• Manage the HELPline, provide resource navigation and advocacy, connect individuals with services.
• Support daily front desk and administrative operations in a welcoming, trauma-informed environment.
• Collaborate with staff, support agency events and training, promote client and staff well-being.
