Groundworks New Mexico is seeking a dedicated professional to serve as the first point of contact for CAV clients, managing the HELPline, providing resource navigation and advocacy, and connecting individuals with services. You will support daily front desk operations in a welcoming, trauma-informed environment and collaborate with staff on events and training to promote well-being for clients and staff.
Required are a High School Diploma/GED with related training or two years in a human service
Serves as the first point of contact for CAV clients and community members by managing the HELPline, providing resource navigation and advocacy, and connecting individuals with appropriate services. Supports daily front desk and administrative operations while maintaining a welcoming, safe, trauma-informed, and confidential environment. Collaborates with staff, supports agency events and training, and promotes client and staff well-being.
High School Diploma/GED and any combination of education and training with the target population or two (2) years relevant experience in a human service-related field; and must be 18 years of age or older. Must have forty (40) hours provider specific crisis intervention training; and a minimum of ten (10) hours ongoing training per year related to target population, may include NMCADV, CSVANW, VOCA, or VAWA training.
