Job summary

Health Connect America in the Carolinas seeks a licensed Therapist to deliver evidence-based behavioral health services to children and families in North Carolina and South Carolina. You will assess, treat, and support emotional wellbeing through individual, family, and group therapy, collaborating with schools, caregivers, and community partners.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related field.
• Must hold a LMSW, LMFT-A, or LPC-A license.
• Experience conducting behavioral health assessments and treatment planning preferred.
• Excellent communication, documentation, and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality individual, family, and group therapy.
• Perform biopsychosocial assessments and develop treatment plans.
• Coordinate care with families, treatment teams, and community resources.
• Monitor progress and adjust interventions for positive outcomes.
• Provide crisis intervention and safety planning.
• Maintain timely clinical documentation and comply with policies.
