The incumbent will work evenings or weekends as needed and may travel to high-risk communities. Qualified candidates hold a master's degree in a related field and licensure, with practicum hours or QMHP eligibility.

Qualifications

• Licensed social worker (LSW) with MSW and clinical training or 2+ years in mental health services
• Licensed professional counselor with MS degree and appropriate licensure or 2+ years in mental health services
• Master’s degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or related field with supervised direct service hours or QMHP eligibility
• Experience in a child welfare agency preferred

Responsibilities

• Conduct individual, family and group counseling sessions to assess needs and provide therapeutic interventions
• Complete thorough assessments and develop personalized treatment plans
• Maintain compliant documentation including assessments, treatment plans and progress notes
• Navigate electronic health record system and maintain client records
• Collaborate with supervisors, students and staff to support client care
• Provide crisis intervention and trauma-informed care as needed
