Qualifications

• Proficient in de-escalation techniques and crisis response protocols.
• Knowledgeable in safe administration and handling of medications.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills with diverse stakeholders.
• Accurate and confidential documentation of resident progress and incidents.
• Competent in providing safe transport and assisting with household tasks.

Responsibilities

• Supervise residents and engage them in social and recreational activities for safety and wellbeing.
• Rotate on-call shifts as required to meet program needs.
• Transport youth to appointments, school, and activities.
• Deliver weekly psychoeducational and life skills curriculum and document progress.
• Maintain a nurturing environment and implement behavioral management plans.
• Assist with medication management and related documentation.
