Job summary

Lutheran Social Services (LSS) seeks licensed or in-training Therapists for Family Centered Treatment (FCT). This home-based, trauma-informed model stabilizes and reunifies families with weekly supervision and full team support. Hybrid-remote, travel to homes and schools is required.

Applicants should hold a Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage & Family Therapy, Counseling, or Psychology and be eligible for WI licensure with background checks completed. A $2000 sign-on bonus is available.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work, Marriage & Family Therapy, Counseling or Psychology.
• Eligibility for WI DSPS licensure/training requirements.
• Background check completed successfully.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct clinical treatment aligned with FCT principles.
• Maintain timely documentation in the EHR system.
• Manage a caseload of 3–5 families and arrange travel as needed.
• Participate in weekly supervision and peer review.
• Support families to stabilize and stay together in a home-based setting.
