Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Social Work preferred; consider related fields.
• Licensed in Illinois (LCSW or LCPC) and LPHA-qualified for Medicaid.
• Experience providing individual, couple, family and group counseling.
• Experience in child welfare with trauma-exposed youth is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and monitor clinical interventions across programs.
• Coach, hire, train, and supervise counselors; support staff development.
• Provide weekly clinical supervision and coordinate trainings.
• Maintain quality improvement processes and monitor KPIs.
• Review client records and ensure accurate documentation and compliance.
• Navigate EHR systems and ensure data integrity and contract compliance.
• Lead treatment reviews and collaborate on program design.
• Respond to crises; coordinate with community partners and funders.
• Oversee outsourcing of services and monitor budgets for cost centers.
