Lutheran Social Services of WI and Upper MI is seeking a Licensed or IT Therapist to join our Family Centered Treatment (FCT) team serving Marathon, Lincoln, Langlade, Wood, and Portage Counties in Wisconsin.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or related field.
• Active Wisconsin licensure (LPC, LCSW, or MFT).
• Related practicum or clinical experience.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct clinical treatment to children and families in their homes and communities.
• Maintain a caseload of approximately 3–5 families.
• Collaborate with schools, community partners, and support systems.
• Complete documentation and treatment planning.
