Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in social work, psychology or behavioral science.
• Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle.
• Ability to attend court hearings and provide testimony.
• Experience with evidence-based practices and trauma-informed care.

Responsibilities

• Manage an assigned caseload of referrals and provide services per requirements.
• Engage children, families, and caregivers in treatment planning.
• Assess client and family needs and identify interventions to support safety and outcomes.
• Plan and adjust interventions using evidence-based approaches.
• Mentor and coach new staff as assigned.
• Meet designated clients for required hours weekly as per program.
