Job summary

Pinnacle Family Services, part of Health Connect America, seeks a dedicated professional to manage a dynamic caseload and provide trauma-informed behavioral health services across South Carolina. You will collaborate with families, document progress, and support clients toward positive transformation.

This full-time role offers flexible scheduling to meet family needs. The position requires a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, a valid driver’s license, and access to a vehicle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (social work, psychology or behavioral science).
• Valid driver’s license, auto insurance and access to a vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Manage an assigned caseload and provide services per referral requirements and objectives.
• Engage children, families and caregivers in service delivery and treatment planning.
• Assess client needs and identify interventions to support safety and outcomes.
• Plan and adjust interventions using evidence-based approaches.
• Maintain documentation to support client progress and care standards.
• Attend court hearings and provide testimony as required.
