Job summary

Housing Hope is seeking a Family Support Coach to provide trauma-informed assessment, case management, and support services to individuals and families transitioning out of homelessness in Snohomish County. The role focuses on strengthening housing stability, increasing income, and building skills for long‑term self-sufficiency.

Travel across properties is required; candidates must have a reliable vehicle and a Washington driver's license.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or associate degree in social work or related field.
• 3+ years of professional work experience with homelessness or housing insecurity.
• Experience in mental health settings with adults.
• Valid Washington Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
• Ability to maintain timely case notes and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Assess and facilitate entry of individuals and families into housing.
• Develop individualized service plans and identify barriers to self-sufficiency.
• Coordinate referrals and advocate with partner agencies.
• Record case notes and progress updates.
• Conduct community engagement and participate in team meetings.
• Respond to client emergencies and support housing stability.
