Responsibilities

• Ensure clients are where they should be and participate in activities; record observations in progress notes.
• Prepare and serve meals per menu plans and timelines.
• Administer medications per MAR and physician's orders; document accordingly.
• Assist clients with daily tasks per IRST program and treatment plan.
• Model coping strategies to help clients build relationships.
• Engage clients in social skills activities with peers to reduce isolation.
• Complete routine cleaning and other duties per TRAILS Supervisor.
