Pioneer Human Services in Washington state is seeking a Supportive Housing Specialist who is passionate about human services and transforming lives through housing stability. You will coach clients, facilitate access to housing, and coordinate lease and support services to promote independence and community integration.

Qualifications

• AA degree in a related field is required.
• 2 years’ experience working with individuals who experience behavioral health challenges.
• Must obtain and maintain agency credentialing as required.

Responsibilities

• Provide coaching, education, support, and skill-building for housing stability and community integration.
• Engage with landlords and housing authorities to expand housing options.
• Assist with lease development, housing documents, and move-in coordination.
• Maintain data collection, reporting, and documentation to support program fidelity.

Skills

Valid driver's license

Certified Peer Counselor Credential (WA DOH)
