Job summary

Montana Department of Public Health and Human Services seeks a Family Engagement Meeting Coordinator to plan and facilitate meetings that support safe, permanent, and well‑being outcomes for children and families. You will work within a trauma-informed system, collaborating with families, CFSD staff, and partners to gather information and drive decisions.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in a related field and 2+ years of social services experience; child protection experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in social work, human services, psychology, or directly related degree.
• Two years of social services work experience, or directly related work experience working with children and families in difficult and sometimes volatile situations.
• Child protection work experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plans and facilitates meetings to achieve safety, permanency, and well-being outcomes for children and families.
• Engages with families and partners to gather information and make accurate, timely decisions.
