Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in communications, PR, marketing, journalism, or related field.
• 3–5 years of professional experience in communications, PR, outreach, or marketing.
• Experience in nonprofit, social services, or public health settings preferred.
• Trauma-informed practices familiarity is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic communications and public relations efforts for the Resiliency Center.
• Design and distribute educational materials and digital content.
• Manage media inquiries and maintain consistent messaging with leadership.
• Oversee digital footprint, website, social channels, and online boards.
• Plan outreach events, communities forums, and stakeholder engagements.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align outreach with client services.
• Track engagement metrics and contribute to program reporting.
