The Buckeye Ranch is seeking an Integrated Co-Occurring Treatment Counselor/Social Worker to join our Community Based program. This role provides home-based, intense services for youth with co-occurring disorders and engages families to prevent out-of-home placement.

Applicants should have a bachelor’s degree in social work (master’s preferred) and an active Ohio LSW, LPC, or MFT license. A driver’s license and auto insurance are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in social work or related field.
• Master's degree preferred.
• Active Ohio LSW, LPC, or MFT license.
• Experience as Social Worker, Counselor, Therapist, or Clinician.

Responsabilités

• Screen clients for appropriate level of care and assess risk factors.
• Identify trauma history and environmental factors shaping care needs.
• Adapt services to cultural norms and family preferences.
• Develop collaborative relationships with healthcare providers and families.
• Develop training plans and coaching for family-focused services.
• Contribute to treatment teams and committees as assigned.
• Use trauma-informed interventions and educate clients and families.
