The Buckeye Ranch is seeking an Integrated Co-Occurring Treatment Counselor/Social Worker to serve in our Community Based program. You will screen clients for appropriate levels of care, assess trauma history, and tailor services to families from diverse backgrounds.

Collaborate with an inter-professional team, develop family-focused training plans, and apply trauma-informed approaches to support youth with SUD and mental health needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in social work or related field; master’s preferred.
• Active Ohio LSW, LPC, or MFT license required.
• Experience as a Social Worker, Counselor, Therapist, or Clinician preferred.
• Valid Ohio driver’s license and auto insurance proof.

Responsabilités

• Screen clients for level of care and assess trauma history and risk.
• Identify trauma/adversity factors influencing functioning and family dynamics.
• Adapt services to language, culture, and family preferences.
• Collaborate with providers for culturally diverse care.
• Develop training plans and coach teams with family focus.
• Use trauma-informed interventions to engage clients and families.
